The NUMO team took part in the first in-person meeting of the BMZ project consortium, bringing together partner organizations to jointly plan the next stages of the project. Over several days, participants got to know one another, discussed areas of cooperation, and agreed on the next steps for project implementation.

The meeting provided an opportunity to learn more about each partner organization, exchange experiences, and explore how their different areas of expertise could complement one another. Participants introduced their organizations, presented the regions where they operate, described their target groups, and outlined their main areas of work.

A key focus of the meeting was planning the next stages of the project. Participants discussed reporting procedures, coordination mechanisms, and workflows to support effective collaboration in the months ahead.

The programme also included a practical training session on KoboToolbox, a digital platform for data collection and analysis. Participants explored the platform’s key features and discussed how it could be integrated into their organizations’ work.

For NUMO, participation in the consortium’s first in-person meeting marked an important step in strengthening partnerships within the BMZ project. Such meetings help build effective cooperation between partner organizations, improve coordination, and lay the foundation for successful long-term collaboration.
