On November 8, the NUMO Odessa forum was held in Odessa, bringing together active young people from the region and representatives of public organizations to summarize the results of joint work and formulate plans for 2025. The event became a platform for dialogue, exchange of experience, and identification of common values that shape the youth environment in the Odessa region.

Forum participants learned more about the work of the Odessa NUMO coalition, discussed the results of the first stage of the initiative, and outlined key areas of development for the coming year. Representatives of organizations shared their observations on the challenges and opportunities for youth policy in the region.

One of the events of the forum was a panel discussion entitled «What values unite communities today?» Speakers Hanna Shymanska, Volodymyr Oros, Yuriy Yuzich, and Marichka Chiley talked about what helps Ukrainian youth remain united and active in times of great social challenges.

An important part of the forum was the vote to form the Supervisory Board and the Board of the coalition. The candidates presented their own visions for the development of the youth movement in Odesa, after which the participants selected those who would represent the coalition in the next stage of its work.

During group work, participants analyzed and supplemented the NUMO Coalition Declaration, working through individual sections of the document. Teams offered their ideas on implementing the principles of the declaration and the role of youth in achieving common goals.

The forum demonstrated that uniting around common values—trust, openness, and mutual support—creates a strong foundation for the development of youth policy in the region. The Odessa NUMO coalition continues to work on new initiatives and projects aimed at supporting young people and strengthening their role in communities.
