Biography

He joined Plast around 2000. He belonged to the «Wolves» group (led by Roman Romantsov) of the preparatory youth troop named after Y. Mudry in the Cherkasy station. In his youth, he took the Plast oath. He was active in Plast life, participating in events, training, and trips. He attended the «Sklik» (2001, 2002, 2003) and «Sich» (2004) youth camps, the «Stezhkami Heroiv» (2003) tourist competition, and the Cherkasy regional camp «Hetmanska Bulava» (2004). He was a participant and later a member of the leadership of the regional equestrian sports camp «Herts» (2004, 2005).

He then became a senior Plast member. For several terms, he was a member of the Plast senior leadership at various offices.

He was actively involved in Plast until approximately 2019.

He studied at Secondary School No. 3 in Cherkasy.

He participated in academic competitions. He graduated in 2004 with a medal. He received his higher education at the Faculty of Information Technology and Systems of Cherkasy State Technological University.

During his student years, he was a member of the Orthodox Youth Brotherhood NGO in Cherkasy.

After obtaining his higher education, he worked in the IT field.

After the full-scale Russian invasion in the summer of 2022, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

He was a junior sergeant. He was the commander of the 1st section of the 3rd platoon of the 2nd company of unmanned aerial systems of the unmanned systems battalion of military unit A1815 (1st separate heavy mechanized brigade).

On August 5, 2025, while on the front lines near the village of Maryine in the Sumy region, he suffered multiple shrapnel wounds from a KAB strike. He was evacuated to a stabilization point while still alive, but died on the way to further hospitalization at around 7:40 p.m.

He is survived by his wife, Anastasia Zoria, a member of Plast, and two minor daughters.
