Biography

He joined Plast in his native village of Khlivchany. He was the leader of the V. Ostashevsky youth troop. He took the Plast oath in the spring of 2011 at the memorial to the Ukrainian Sich Riflemen on Mount Makivka. Later, he earned the rank of scout. He was a co-founder of the 109th youth troop named after Y. Horoshko in the Lviv station. He was the leader of the «Sparta» club.

He was an active participant in Plast events, trips, and the Revolution of Dignity. In 2016, he was in France and served in the French Legion.

With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion in 2022, he volunteered for the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Senior sailor of the Special Operations Forces. He died in the Kherson region while performing a combat mission on March 12, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. as a result of a direct hit by a kamikaze drone.

He was posthumously awarded the Order «For Courage» III degree.
