Biography

He joined Plast in the early 1990s and was an active member until approximately 1996 in Lutsk.

He was a member of the Bobry group of the 9th kurin of the V. Stus Ukrainian Youth Association. He was a kurin clerk and kurin leader. He participated in the first sports and training camps. He played the clarinet, guitar, accordion, and piano. He was a member of the KVN team «Litry» (Lutsk).

Since 2014, he has been an active volunteer, for which he was awarded the church order of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church by Metropolitan Epiphanius. In 2015, he joined the army, where he participated in the ATO for a year and a half.

With the start of the full-scale invasion on February 26, 2022, he immediately returned from Sweden to his homeland.

He was the chief sergeant of the strike unmanned aerial vehicle company of the 25th separate airborne brigade in Sicheslav. He was awarded the Order of Courage. He was wounded several times in battle.

He was killed while performing a combat mission on the night of June 15-16, 2024, near the village of Skuchne, Ocheretynska settlement community, Pokrovsky district, Donetsk region. The Hero was buried on June 20, 2024, in the military burial section of the city cemetery in the village of Garazhda.
