Biography

Born on October 26, 1983. A member of the Smila branch of SUM in Ukraine, he began his involvement with SUM at the age of 17 under the mentorship of his friend Yuriy Fartushny.

An active participant in the Revolution of Dignity. In August 2014, he volunteered to serve in the anti-terrorist operation zone. He fought as part of the Right Sector Ukrainian Volunteer Corps, the General Kulchytskyi National Guard Battalion, the Azov National Guard Battalion, and the Ukrainian Volunteer Army.

He participated in the defense of Donetsk Airport and in combat operations near Debaltseve, Pisky, Vodyane, Stanytsia Luhanska, and Shyrokyne. He sustained severe shrapnel wounds as a result of mortar fire in the industrial zone of Avdiivka. He died of his wounds in the hospital on January 17, 2018. He was buried in the village of Kostyantynivka, Smila District, Cherkasy Region.
