Biography

Senior Plast member. Restorer of the Plast center in Halych and its long-time leader. Novak and youth educator. Organizer of Plast trips, training sessions, and camps. Developed the Plast house in the village of Kurypiv.

After the full-scale invasion by Russian occupiers on March 5, 2022, he volunteered for military service. He served in military unit No. 1241 of the 50th Regiment named after Colonel Semen Vysochan of the National Guard of Ukraine. After training, he performed military tasks in the city of Varash, Rivne region. On April 4, 2023, he was sent to Luhansk region. He was killed in battle near the village of Shypilivka, Lysychansk city community, Severodonetsk district, Luhansk region.

He was awarded the Iron Plast Cross.

«My dear ones, I must protect you all. I cannot do otherwise», he said in his farewell speech before going to the military registration and enlistment office as a volunteer.
