Biography

Member of the Wolves scout troop of the Volodymyr Horbovyi preparatory camp in Dolyna. Participant in camp camps and the regional art camp Metamorphoses. He was a scout only in his youth.

Founder and coach of the Dolyna branch of Yoshinkan Aikido. Later, he became the head and coach of the Ivan Bohun School of Combat Hopak in Dolyna, with a skill level of «falcon.» He was a guitarist in various bands.

He was a member of the Galician Division Reserve, of which he was very proud.

In the early days of the Russian invasion, he volunteered for the Azov Regiment. He initially took part in combat operations in the Kyiv region, then volunteered to be relocated by helicopter to Mariupol, where he participated in the defense of the city.

He was killed on April 10, 2022, by a gunshot wound from a Russian sniper.

The search for his body lasted more than six months. On October 18, his wife identified the body by a tattoo she had applied herself.

On October 25, the remains of the deceased were cremated at the Kyiv crematorium. During the funeral on October 29, 2022, he was posthumously awarded the Iron Plast Cross.
